Do these actually move on the lock screen?

Why won’t my wallpaper move on the lock screen?

Check that Low Power Mode is off (Settings → Battery) and that Reduce Motion is off (Settings → Accessibility → Motion) — both suppress lock screen animation. You’ll also need iOS 17 or later; iOS 16 removed Live Photo wallpapers and iOS 17 restored them.
